The pen is only a month old so it's not do to drying out over time. However, the clear coat pen that I received doesn't work well because the clear coat is too thick and is very difficult to get to flow into the pen tip and then applies to thickly as well. I have been very happy with the color match of the two paint pens that I have purchased from Automotive Touchup. I will definitely use them again!
